Booking & Cancellation Policy

Due to the high demand for services on certain days or times, we advise customers to make reservations in advance to avoid disappointment, however we will always do our best to accommodate. A major credit card is required to hold reservations for all services booked online.

We reserve the right to charge for cancelled, missed or rescheduled appointments as follows; 50% of the booked treatment costs with less than 24 hours notice. 100% for missed appointments. In order to cancel or reschedule a booking which has been made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, customers must provide 4 hours notice prior to the appointment start time or we reserve the right to charge equal to 50% of the reserved treatment cost. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment or will be required to reschedule for another date. If you have a colour service, we require 48 hours cancellation notice.

All bookings require customers to provide their full name and a contact telephone number prior to commencement of that service. These details will also be used should we need to discuss or make changes to the booking. Transactional email and or sms opt-in is required for all appointments, such as appointment notifications, reminders, cancellations, receipts etc. These details will not be used for marketing purposes (please select opt/in for marketing communication). For all colour and technical services, customers must have a consultation and skin test at least 48 hours prior to a technical appointment to avoid any disappointment. Technical and colour services must either have a blow dry or rough dry OR a cut & blow dry added to the service. A deposit* may be required to secure your booking.

Only services that are listed on the booking menu can be scheduled, please call the salon if you require any additional services that are not listed. The booking must be in the name of person having the service. The special request form attached to your online booking request only relates to the services that have been selected on the booking form.

In certain cases a *deposit of 25% (up to 100%) of the cost of your service or treatment will be charged (online or in store). This may include or combine a number of reasons, sush as; • missed an appointment with us; and/or • staff availability and/or • date, day or time of day of booking and/or • are a new client; and/or • are booking for an appointment lasting more than two hours, such as hair colour or series of appointments. The deposit will be taken when you book your appointment and will be taken off your bill when you pay for the service or treatment you have received. All deposits are non-refundable with the exception of; (1) The deposit will be fully refunded if you cancel, as long as you give us at least 48 hours’ notice. (2) You can transfer your deposit in the event you need to re-arrange (reschedule) your booking, with no changes to service & stylist as on original booking, however we require at least 24 hours notice. Before we (Bobbio Hair Salon) take your payment details to cover a cancellation charge or a deposit we will confirm (in store or online): • The service or treatment you have booked. • The total price (including any taxes) of the service • The time and date of the appointment.

Bobbio accept the following payments in store: Visa (debit or credit), MasterCard and Bobbio Gift Cards. We do not accept cash payments.

Any changes to appointments must be made via reception on 0207 481 8003.

How can I find out prices and availability before I make a booking?

You can use our system to check prices and general availability at any time. We cannot guarantee that the exact appointment you want will be available if you decide to book at a later point in time.

I've selected the wrong service online, can I change my selection?

Yes. Use the controls at the top of the "Select Appointments" screen to change your service, preferred staff (if applicable) and time.

Is there a minimum age restriction for hair colouring services?

Unfortunately we are unable to provide hair colouring services (or consultations) to anyone under the age of 18 years.

What do I do if my preferred service/time is not showing as available?

If no times are available on the date you selected, you can check availability for neighboring days or weeks by clicking through the date tabs. If you can't find any appointments, you can also call us at 0207 481 8003 (option 1) or join the 'wait list' on the booking form

How do I join Loyalty Rewards?

(Please note, from the 25th Aug'23 loyalty rewards has been suspended whilst we update our membership programme). Bobbio Loyalty Rewards Membership is a fantastic way to save on selected products and services at check out. To become a Bobbio loyalty rewards member, clients must have had two 'cut & blow dry' services at Bobbio within 120 days of requesting to join. To join, kindly request membership to be added to your profile (subject to eligibility) when you next check out. Should you need to suspend your membership (for example there may be an extended gap between services), kindly contact reception to discuss in advance, as membership will be cancelled and any acccrued benefits (including loyalty points) will be lost if there has been no paid service within 6 months of the last paid service at Bobbio.

Can I earn or redeem loyalty reward points on discounted products and services?

Bobbio Loyalty members can still earn points on 'in store' discounted products & services. Loyalty reward members receive 10% off all 'in store' retail products (subject to availability). If a retail item has been discounted greater than 10% (for example a Bobbio offer/promotion), loyalty rewards members can select the greater but not the combined discount.

E-Gift Cards Terms & Conditions

Bobbio e-gift cards can be used to purchase hair salon services at Bobbio Hair Salon only. Listed services are available to view at bobbio.co.uk, subject to stylist availability. E-Gift cards cannot be used as payment for a series or package. If you wish to redeem an e-gift card against a service, please book in advance by phone (02074818003). E-gift cards must be presented at time of service to validate. E-gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Lost, stolen or damaged e-gift cards cannot be replaced. This is not a credit or debit card. They have no cash value. Purchases will be deducted from the e-card amount until the value reaches zero (£0); e-gift cards cannot be topped up. E-gift cards expire six (6) months from date of purchase. E-gift cards are non transferable. Upon expiration 100% of the remaining E-gift card balance will be charged as a dormancy fee.

How do I reserve multiple services via online booking?

Once you select your first service, and select your finishing service (if required), you will be offered the choice to add further services.

How do I view a reservation I booked online?

If you created or logged in via the online booking portal when booking your appointment; visit www.bobbio.co.uk click 'Book Online' then click the 'Sign In'. From here you can manage your account and view appointments.

How do I register for an online account?

To create an online client account, please visit www.bobbio.co.uk and click 'Book Online', then via the online booking portal click 'Sign In' followed by 'Create a New Account'. Continue to follow the on-screen instructions to validate and register your details.
